This village functions as a business and management training center, and is a place where you can live in harmony with abundant nature.<\/span><\/p>\n

The living space is like a resort hotel, and each guest has their own farm in front of their room.<\/span><\/p>\n

The residential area is surrounded by farms run by agricultural corporations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Instead of intensive greenhouse farming, we practice natural farming methods that are protected by the trees of the forest.<\/span><\/p>\n

There are also rivers, waterfalls and large ponds filled with schools of fish.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is not an unnaturally managed waterfront, but rather recreates a natural and comfortable environment for aquatic life.<\/span><\/p>\n

The water in these systems is rich in nutrients, and by combining unique water treatment, the nutrients can be utilized for agricultural purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n

The plan at the time was to invite young people from Southeast Asia as trainees.<\/span><\/p>\n

The government has its sights on talented young people, even those who come from poor families and have no choice but to help out with household chores.<\/span><\/p>\n

We invite such young people to our training center in this town, Japan.<\/span><\/p>\n

They will live on-site and focus on agricultural activities during the day, while receiving training in technology, business and enterprise at night.<\/span><\/p>\n

While sending money back home to his parents, he aims to become independent as an engineering salesman.<\/span><\/p>\n

This system allows us to secure talented people from all over the world who would have the potential to build first-class careers in Japan,<\/span><\/p>\n

In about three years, you will be able to return to your home country as an independent and successful salesperson.<\/span><\/p>\n

The natural energy air conditioning and environmental equipment that we manufacture will be of even greater use in these countries.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once they return to their home countries, they establish local subsidiaries and become our local partners.<\/span><\/p>\n

Of course, we don't expect all of our talent to belong to our company.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, I believe there will also be comrades who will grow together with you.<\/span><\/p>\n

We believe that the local sales companies that these people set up will be able to achieve annual sales of 1 billion yen each.<\/span><\/p>\n

If we can train 1,000 people, we will become a 1 trillion yen corporate group.<\/span><\/p>\n

Time passes and updates are necessary to keep up with the times, but the basic model is here.<\/span><\/p>\n

Currently, the natural energy air conditioning sector is more than doubling its growth every year compared to that time.<\/span><\/p>\n

We also have some good products and technologies related to environmental equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n

We were also able to secure a large portion of the budget to invest in business development from our own personal funds.<\/span><\/p>\n

The initial members of the newly established Aqua Green Eternal Co., Ltd. were also excellent and sincere people.<\/span><\/p>\n

My choice of candidates is aimed at lovable young people who are talented and honest, but also a little clumsy and always seem to end up losing out.<\/span><\/p>\n

Because it seems like God likes them too.<\/span><\/p>\n

We both started from nothing, with the hope that water and nature will continue to be abundant forever.<\/span><\/p>\n
