A symbol of hope.
Special treatment.
A brilliant start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Generalization of groundwater membrane treatment.
That was the first flag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Designing several systems
We conducted repeated investigations of facilities within the group.
Over a dozen quotes were submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

"Do this"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That was the initial policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

but--<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the implementation stage
"Safety"
"It's unprecedented."
"Who is responsible?"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Senior executives are increasingly expressing caution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The plan stopped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While I was at a loss,
I once again thoroughly investigated the larger facilities within the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What I saw there was,
Much bigger than your water bill
Energy costs for air conditioning and hot water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The groundwater temperature is about 15 degrees throughout the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why not use this "stable heat"?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the time, heat pumps were subsidized.
For public facilities, the subsidy rate is 50%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The group includes nursing homes and
There are many public facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

"Let's start here."<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Groundwater heat pump systems
This is how it was born.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Existing boiler and refrigeration systems
\u201cChange only the \u201dheart.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The piping and indoor unit can be used as is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Costs are kept down,
Energy consumption is reduced by more than 50%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was an advanced model at the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A project worth 100 million yen is underway.
It is also used in the General Contractor Research Institute's next-generation model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Business Award.
Government bank investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the outside, it was a success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

but--<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The construction was not easy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Half the equipment, half the construction.
Qualifications and on-site management systems are also not yet in place.
Relationships with subcontractors are also immature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A level of problem that can be overcome.

Limited expansion.

The owner didn't see that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This business is
Not "the future of the group"
It became "one of the owner's many businesses."<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although I am a developer,
He is viewed with caution as a dangerous figure who manipulates things behind the scenes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I spoke with the young president many times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

"Here, they can't be raised the way they should be."<\/p>\n\n\n\n
