Not a "sales agent".
What we're looking for
We are partners in building businesses together in the local area.
Here's our idea:
・The headquarters is small and focuses on technology and standard machine development.
・Partners play a manufacturer-like role in the region
・Most of the profits go to local partners
for example
Equipment sales: 100 million yen
Gross profit 50% = 50 million yen
Eventually
Headquarters: 10 million yen
Partner: 40 million yen
The model looks like this.
If this model spread to 10 or 20 companies,
The headquarters is stable and development can continue.
And in each region
Strong companies will be born.
