This village functions as a business and management training center, and is a place where you can live in harmony with abundant nature.

The living space is like a resort hotel, and each guest has their own farm in front of their room.

The residential area is surrounded by farms run by agricultural corporations.

Instead of intensive greenhouse farming, we practice natural farming methods that are protected by the trees of the forest.

There are also rivers, waterfalls and large ponds filled with schools of fish.

This is not an unnaturally managed waterfront, but rather recreates a natural and comfortable environment for aquatic life.

The water in these systems is rich in nutrients, and by combining unique water treatment, the nutrients can be utilized for agricultural purposes.

The plan at the time was to invite young people from Southeast Asia as trainees.

The government has its sights on talented young people, even those who come from poor families and have no choice but to help out with household chores.

We invite such young people to our training center in this town, Japan.

They will live on-site and focus on agricultural activities during the day, while receiving training in technology, business and enterprise at night.

While sending money back home to his parents, he aims to become independent as an engineering salesman.

This system allows us to secure talented people from all over the world who would have the potential to build first-class careers in Japan,

In about three years, you will be able to return to your home country as an independent and successful salesperson.

The natural energy air conditioning and environmental equipment that we manufacture will be of even greater use in these countries.

Once they return to their home countries, they establish local subsidiaries and become our local partners.

Of course, we don't expect all of our talent to belong to our company.

However, I believe there will also be comrades who will grow together with you.

We believe that the local sales companies that these people set up will be able to achieve annual sales of 1 billion yen each.

If we can train 1,000 people, we will become a 1 trillion yen corporate group.

Time passes and updates are necessary to keep up with the times, but the basic model is here.

Currently, the natural energy air conditioning sector is more than doubling its growth every year compared to that time.

We also have some good products and technologies related to environmental equipment.

We were also able to secure a large portion of the budget to invest in business development from our own personal funds.

The initial members of the newly established Aqua Green Eternal Co., Ltd. were also excellent and sincere people.

My choice of candidates is aimed at lovable young people who are talented and honest, but also a little clumsy and always seem to end up losing out.
