[Technology Story | Episode 15] Why do we choose a small headquarters?

Building a big company is not the goal.

What we aim for is
"Increasing the number of companies that are strong in their local communities."

I have learned something from my past experiences.

Monopolizing a technology slows its spread.
If profits are concentrated at headquarters, the field will not grow.

So we choose the opposite.

Structural design
・The headquarters will focus on technology development and standardization
・Local partners are responsible for sales, construction, and improvements
・Most of the profits remain in the local area

for example--

Annual equipment sales: 100 million yen
Gross profit 50% = 50 million yen

Headquarters: 10 million yen
Partner: 40 million yen

Partners can employ people, own facilities, and build trust in the local community.
Headquarters can now focus on developing the next technology.

If this cycle spreads to 10 or 20 companies,
This allows for sustainable growth without unreasonable expansion.

What we believe
The market size is huge.
Air conditioning energy accounts for a large proportion of the world's electricity consumption.

That's why,
We believe that decentralized growth is necessary, not centralized growth.

Rather than creating a strong headquarters,
Increase the number of strong partners.

That is the challenge we are taking on today.

Call
We are not looking for a distributor.

I want to meet business owners who want to play a leading role in their local communities.

If you feel there is potential in this structure,
Would you like to have a short conversation with us?

The future comes from structure.
