We at Aqua Green Eternal are not simply trying to rise again. We are standing at the point where the path we have walked over many years has finally taken shape into the right direction to move forward. 

Groundwater membrane treatment, drinking water conversion, and water cycle construction. Natural energy air conditioning centered on groundwater heat. We have learned through countless projects, countless failures, and encounters and partings with people. 

Technology is not something that is perfected on a desk. It only becomes truly valuable when it is honed in people's lives, in industrial settings, and through sweat and responsibility. What we have built up is not a fleeting business. It is essential technology and philosophy that quietly but surely supports the activities of the Earth and humanity. 

Now, we ask ourselves: What should we expand, what should we let go of, and what should we entrust to the next generation? 

This charter is our own answer to that question. 

Chapter 1: Why do we do business? 

We do not conduct business solely for profit. We conduct business to nurture people, develop communities, and create a society where technology is passed on to the next generation. 

We once had a strong vision. 

There are young people around the world who, despite not being blessed with favorable circumstances or environments, have the potential to become outstanding engineers or business leaders. 
They live in harmony with nature, working in agriculture, water, and energy fields, learning technology and business practices, and eventually returning to their home countries as independent engineering sales professionals. There, they once again become a force supporting their communities alongside our technology. 

This philosophy remains unchanged and flows deep within our business. 

Chapter 2: Our Technology Was Born in the Field 

Our origins lie in groundwater membrane treatment and water circulation technology. 
• Heat utilization technologies that utilize groundwater heat, wastewater heat, and unused heat 
This is an environmental control technology that handles water and air simultaneously. 

Direct heat exchange that operates in low-temperature ranges. Environmental control that simultaneously controls temperature and humidity. Applications include agricultural facilities, livestock facilities, food processing plants, logistics facilities, and accommodation facilities. 

Through extensive field testing, we have accumulated real-world operational data demonstrating energy reductions of 70-90% compared to conventional methods. The essence of our technology lies not in the individual device, but in the control philosophy that underpins the entire field operation.

Up until now, our main focus has been on engineering projects centered on large-scale facilities. Now, we are clearly moving to the next stage. That is, to complete advanced natural energy and environmental technologies as "standard equipment" that can be used worldwide. Agricultural greenhouses, livestock barns, factories, shipping facilities, dormitories, and future civilian applications. We will elevate the technologies we have honed in the field to a form that anyone can use and anyone can implement. From systems to products. Effective today, our company adopts the following as its basic policy.

2. The business will be structured as a company system, with independent accounting as the principle. Technical Research, Sales Management Planning, and Agriculture. Each will have responsibility and pride, and 

Act independently. Exercise strength through solidarity, not dependence. 

3. Prioritize returns and profits over investment. Dreams are built only on reality. Don't talk about tomorrow if you neglect today's meal. 

4. Create a structure that nurtures and utilizes people, rather than depleting them. People are not resources; they are beings with aspirations.

At the heart of this corporate entity are three leaders who sit around a round table on equal footing. 

Uga (Technical Research Company) 
Those who play a central role in technology. They translate concepts into devices and turn ideals into reality. 
The reason our company can exist as an equipment manufacturer lies in our Technical Research Company. 

Matsuura (Sales Management, Planning Company) 
Those responsible for sales management, planning, and finance. They transform dreams into numbers and turn plans into reality. The reason our company has survived, continues to grow, and thrives lies within this Sales Management, Planning, and Promotion Company. 

Hiromi (Agri Company) 
Those who lead agricultural businesses. Leaders who connect agriculture, energy, and local communities, and who have the power to cultivate the next generation of industries. 

These three parties are neither collaborators nor outsourced. 
They are team members and key players in the business, sitting at the same round table. 

Chapter Six: My Position (As a Leader) 

I do not stand on this round table. I am the one who arranges, protects, and directs the round table. I conceive ideas, connect people, and create a space. 

That is my role as a founder and my responsibility within this company. 

Chapter 7: The Form of Our Growth 

Our goal is not expansion, but rather to create a sustainable structure. To achieve this, we employ franchise-type and company-type business partnerships. 

It's not about expanding the sales network, but rather a system for developing the talent needed to run the business. 

An independent business company has already begun to develop as the first model. 

We will expand our business not through hierarchy, but through collaboration. 

Chapter 8: Connecting with the World 

We are now ready to face the world. To transform the environmental control and thermal utilization philosophies we have cultivated in Japan into world-class equipment, we will collaborate with true partners who possess the sophistication and mass-production design philosophy of equipment manufacturers. Transcending borders, technologies, and generations. 

This project is not about the growth of a single company, but a challenge to cultivate the future of environmental technology itself. 

Chapter 9: The Future We Aim For <Dreams Become Reality> 

We aim to become a world-class group of manufacturers of renewable energy and environmental equipment. Our group's annual sales of 1 trillion yen are not a boastful figure; they represent the culmination of good technology being properly disseminated. 

Beyond that point, we will create a place where pure water flows, people gather, and life flourishes.

To become wealthy, to make people happy, and to share joy..
